We had an excellent experience with the CEO Restoration team from start to finish on our mold remediation project. Rod is extremely knowledgeable about mold and the remediation process, and goes out of his way to be genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain what’s happening and why. His level of integrity really stood out — he was thorough and very transparent about the work his team was doing every step of the way.

The entire team was respectful, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. We felt informed, supported, and confident that our home was in good hands throughout the entire process.

I can’t say enough good things about CEO Restoration and especially Rodrigo. After a very frustrating experience with a previous mold remediation company, I was understandably cautious and stressed going into this process. From the very first conversation, Rodrigo completely changed that experience for me.

He was incredibly professional, patient, and transparent. He took the time to explain every step of the process in clear, practical terms, what to expect, why each step mattered, and how everything would be handled. I truly value transparency, especially in areas where I don’t have technical expertise, and at no point did I feel taken advantage of or left in the dark.

Rodrigo also went above and beyond in being flexible and considerate of my tenant’s needs, which made a stressful situation much easier for everyone involved. He focused on building trust and a real working relationship, not just completing a job.

Our worst nightmare…We walked into our house and saw waterfalls of water coming through our foyer, living room, and hallway. A broken pipe and more water than I’ve ever seen in a home. After getting the situation under control, I immediately looked for a company to start the clean-up. I called CEO Restoration, based on a quick glance at the star rating on Google. My husband questioned whether we should go with more “well-known” company, but I moved forward with CEO – not really sure why, but it was the best decision I made!

They were in our home with a full crew within 30 mins. They were extremely thorough and willing to help wherever needed. Honestly, they were so nice, that I worried we were being conned. In this situation, you don’t have time to shop around for quotes or complete any real due-diligence other than checking the website in the middle of chaos. I was terrified – I literally woke up in the middle of the night to comb the internet for reviews, to search the better business bureau, etc. What company literally maintains 5-stars? It had to be a con. We moved forward, we had no recourse anyway, because we approved the start of remediation right after they arrived.

CEO Restoration was such a blessing, specifically Rod and his team. In the worst situation a homeowner can face, they were heaven sent. They not only communicated every step of the way, but they were at our home daily – even weekends, trying to help us salvage the new floors we had installed the week before. They also took the time to give us tips on what to look for in our insurance policy moving forward to fully protect in case of a disaster. Even after their work was done, they checked in on us and gave us advice on what to do next.
I am giving CEO Restoration a 5-star rating as well – I wish there was an option for 10-stars!

On my Birthday April 19 I had a grease fire in the kitchen. Flames reached all the way up the vaulted ceiling. Fire extinguished quickly before the Fire Department arrived but kitchen in bad shape and exposure throughout the house with smoke and soot. Fire completely melted the glass on the above stove microwave and well didnt know glass could melt that quickly and does so under like 1400 C so it was HOT..Our insurance suggested Servepro..I contacted them immediately and was told someone could come out the next day. Ughhh but I did it and I cleaned the side of the kitchen where the cats are always all over and one who only drinks from her sink cup. The next day, they canceled me and rescheduled for the next day April 21. Hubby and I found it unacceptable and I googled and called CEO since it was the first to pop up. A few minutes later I received a call from Brandon and he came out later that afternoon and we kinda left it at he is an early riser and he would work out a quote for us Friday morning. THEN he called me like 15 mins later and said he felt ill after leaving the house from exposure and said he had a client scheduled for Friday, but they agreed to a schedule change and asked if I wanted them to start tomorrow, even before all the insurance stuff was done. Obviously I said yes and I will tell you this could have been worse BUT I was just amazed! My husband who has asthma was away for work for weeks and was due to a short homestay on Monday.

The next day (Friday) San.Cristian.Danilo arrived and such outstanding work just to get the cleaning going and making the air healthier for myself and the animals! Monday…San.Ada.Wellington continued on and again did amazing job. Tuesday San.Daniel.Wellington worked. Wednesday was San.Benjamin.Wellington.Thursday San.Ada.Benjamin and Friday San returned to watch over the personnel that did the duct cleaning. Did not get their names but alllll in all I couldnt be happier or more impressed with CEO Restoration and will never hesitate to use them in the future (though I really dont want to HAVE to go through this again lol)

We had a busted water line in our home and CEO Restoration quickly responded once I contacted them and completed the water restoration in an extremely timely manner. They also provided a great construction company that came in and also quickly provided repairs. Unfortunately, all of this happened just as we were approaching the holiday season. We were back in business 5 days before Christmas!! We are VERY happy with the entire process! Thank you!

WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! I live in St. Charles Parish Louisiana, we were heavily impacted by hurricane Ida. We were more fortunate than others but CEO Restoration was there before we even had a chance to call! They were responsive and extremely knowledgeable in their feild. Felipe the supervisor who I worked with from the beginning was extremely helpful at putting our minds at ease about the whole situation. They came in and assessed our home and pointed out damage/hazards we could not see with the naked eye. Rod and Felipe were amazing with taking care of our hone while we were away for restoration. I’d like to thank them and recommend them to anyone who has been affected by any disaster!

Having been a victim of Hurricane Ida, CEO restoration was recommended to me. They did not disappoint, they came in and took moisture readings the same day I called them. As soon as I commenced the job they started working. In three weeks my house was mold free and contractor ready. The contractor who did my quote said it was the cleanest and most thorough job he has ever seen. Not one screw left in the stud in the whole house, all studs sanded and treated for mold. Also my contents were handled with the utmost care. It felt good knowing that they were going to take care of the documentation for the insurance company.
