They were in our home with a full crew within 30 mins. They were extremely thorough and willing to help wherever needed. Honestly, they were so nice, that I worried we were being conned. In this situation, you don’t have time to shop around for quotes or complete any real due-diligence other than checking the website in the middle of chaos. I was terrified – I literally woke up in the middle of the night to comb the internet for reviews, to search the better business bureau, etc. What company literally maintains 5-stars? It had to be a con. We moved forward, we had no recourse anyway, because we approved the start of remediation right after they arrived.

Monday…San.Ada.Wellington continued on and again did amazing job. Tuesday San.Daniel.Wellington worked. Wednesday was San.Benjamin.Wellington.Thursday San.Ada.Benjamin and Friday San returned to watch over the personnel that did the duct cleaning. Did not get their names but alllll in all I couldnt be happier or more impressed with CEO Restoration and will never hesitate to use them in the future (though I really dont want to HAVE to go through this again lol)
