They were in our home with a full crew within 30 mins. They were extremely thorough and willing to help wherever needed. Honestly, they were so nice, that I worried we were being conned. In this situation, you don’t have time to shop around for quotes or complete any real due-diligence other than checking the website in the middle of chaos. They not only communicated every step of the way, but they were at our home daily – even weekends, trying to help us salvage the new floors we had installed the week before. They also took the time to give us tips on what to look for in our insurance policy moving forward to fully protect in case of a disaster. Even after their work was done, they checked in on us and gave us advice on what to do next.

The next day (Friday) San.Cristian.Danilo arrived and such outstanding work just to get the cleaning going and making the air healthier for myself and the animals! Monday…San.Ada.Wellington continued on and again did amazing job. Tuesday San.Daniel.Wellington worked. Wednesday was San.Benjamin.Wellington.Thursday San.Ada.Benjamin and Friday San returned to watch over the personnel that did the duct cleaning. Did not get their names but alllll in all I couldnt be happier or more impressed with CEO Restoration and will never hesitate to use them in the future (though I really dont want to HAVE to go through this again lol)
